He was predeceased by: his father Roger Balthazor; and his brother-in-law Nicola Porcelli. He is survived by: his wife Dorthy Balthazor of Menominee; his children, Greg Balthazor (Carrie) of Peshtigo, Jeff Balthazor (Rachael) of Green Bay and Amy Vargo (Ben) of Mosinee; his grandchildren, Carter and Lilly; his stepchildren, Travis Meyer of Menominee and Felicia Beardsley (Jake) of Baraboo; his siblings, Kevin Balthazor (Suemarie) of Caledonia, David Balthazor (Susan) of Flower Mound, TX, Julie Porcelli of Bronx, NY and Denise Schlaak (Jeff) of Oshkosh; and his pet Patrick. He is also survived by many other friends and family.
