With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maurice Kent Johnson of Menominee, Michigan, who passed away on September 16, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin C. Johnson and Sarah E. Johnson (Collins); his wife Carole F. Betzinger; and his son Kent Martin Johnson. He is survived by: his caregivers, Jackie, Janet and Cassie; his daughter Robin Jo Jensen (Jeffrey) of New Franken, Wis; his grandchildren, Ashley Fregly (Terry) of Anchorage, AK and Marty Jensen (Megan) of Luxemburg, WI; and his great grandchildren, Harley Jo, Henry T. Fregly and River Rae Jensen.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established. Donations will be distributed to: The Menominee American Legion Post 146; UP Hospice; Unity Hospice; Emergency Rescue Squad Inc.
