He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert LaCanne and Elaine LaCanne (DeLorme); his son Bradley LaCanne; his parents-in-law, Robert and Lois Borkowski; his grandparents, William, Esther LaCanne and Eunice Valley; and his uncle Howard DeLorme Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Karen Borkowski; his children, Kimberly Brukardt (Nick), Dan Etersky (Kerry) and Cathy Jenquin (Jay); his grandchildren, Brendan and Jordan; his son Adam LaCanne; his brother Bruce LaCanne (Bonni); his nephew Matt LaCanne (Tracy); his niece Jennifer LaCanne; his siblings-in-law, Beverly Lambie (Larry) and Richard Borkowski (Avis); and his pet Chauncey.
