She was predeceased by: her parents, William Heurion and Ruby Heurion (Gordon); her husband Winfield Andersen (Andy); her sons, Eric and Scott; and her son-in-law James McMillen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Faith White McMillen, Hope Hanisch (Michael) and Charity Widrig (Larry); her daughters-in-law, Ruth Andersen (Becker) and Sally Likens (Andersen); her grandchildren, Robb White (Katie), Max Hanisch (Katelin), Brandon, Patrick Andersen and Jonathan Andersen; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Stella White and Oscar Hanisch.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up to support Fay's favorite charities.
