He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jane Anderson; his children, Ivy Lynn LeRoy Netzel (Kenneth James Netzel Jr.) of Jam Dam and Todd Eugene LeRoy of Ft Myers, FL; and his grandchildren, Dr. Christopher LeRoy Netzel of Jacksonville, FL and Mackenzie Lee Kundinger (LeRoy) of Sherwood, WI. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
