He was predeceased by: his wife Dottie; his son Scott Nelson; and his brother Jon Nelson. He is survived by: his sons, Randal Nelson (Karen) of Menominee and Jeff Nelson of Menominee; his grandchildren, Karie Ihander (Brian) of Marinette, Randal Nelson Jr. (Kim) of Menominee, Cody Nelson of Menominee and Ashley Nelson (Christian) of Menominee; and his sister Jeanne Motto (Gar) of Daggett, MI.. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
