He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Caldie; and his children, Paul Kokott, Jeanne Taylor, Mary Kokott, Doris Slawik (John) and Julie Englund. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 6 step great-grandchildren, and other family members and friends.
