He was predeceased by: his father Jacob Bayerl; and his siblings, Rosie, Annie, Stella, Francie, Agi, Mary Jane, Tony, Jack, Billy and Charlie.

He is survived by: his nephew Jacob Bayerl; and his brother Larry Bayerl (Dee). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews along with other family and friends.
