She was predeceased by: her parents, George Emmel and Sharon Emmel (Frisbie). She is survived by: her husband David Yeomans; her children, Emily Gentz (Paul) of Leonidas and Max Miller (Anna) of Sturgis; her niece Sharon Emmel-Davis; her grandchildren, Ellinor, Liberty, Georgiana, Emilia, Louisa, Ira and Olivia; and her close friend Jan Broker.
