The memory of Skip Batten of Mendon, Michigan, who passed away on July 20, 2024 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Batten and Norma Batten (Moore); his daughter Kimberly Batten; his brother-in-law Don Brueck; and his brother Dick Batten.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his grandchildren, Taylor Batten (Tanner Batten), Ashton Stedman (Austin), Jenna Barkholz (Andre) and Samuel Stedman (Caleb Stedman); his sister Sharlene Brueck; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Batten. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Skip should be directed to Dan Batten, for improvements made at Wheat's Field, which was built in honor of his brother.
