She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Jerome Worden and Madge Worden (Haywood); her siblings, Phyllis Jean Kaley and Ronald Roy Worden, Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Barbara Worden and Larry Kaley; and her nephews, Jeff Parker and Brian Worden.
She is survived by: her husband John Joseph Welty; her children, Jody Mitchell (Kevin) of Raleigh, NC and Matt Welty (Jasmine) of San Diego, CA; her stepdaughter Tammy Matthews (Michael) of Clarkston, MI; her grandchildren, Tristen and Ashton Mitchell; and her sister Joyce Parker (John) of The Villages, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
