He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Borkholder and Amanda Borkholder (Miller); and his siblings, Eli, Jake, Perry, Jonas, Harry Borkholder and Ada Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Miller; his children, Paul Borkholder (Rhonda) of Sturgis, Glen Borkholder (Sue Ellen) of Sturgis, Mark Borkholder (Irene) of Centreville, Nathan Borkholder (Rachel) of Sturgis, Laverne Borkholder (Ida Anna) of Colon, Arden Borkholder (Nora) of Centreville, Ellen Yoder (Richard) of Middlebury and Jacob Borkholder (Cheryl) of Mendon; and his siblings, Melvin Borkholder (Linda) of Warsaw, IN, Larry Borkholder (Susie) of Topeka, IN, Ann Miller of Burr Oak, Katie Mae Hochstetler (Vernon) of Centreville, Clara Miller of Centreville and Mary Borkholder of Green Bay, WI. He is also survived by forty eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
