She was predeceased by: her daughter Lynda Lowry; and her brothers, Rodger Backensto and Gene Backensto. She is survived by: her husband James Leroy Jacobson; her children, Donna (Nathaniel), Martin (Judy) and Kenneth (Sandy); and her son-in-law Ray Lowry of Three Rivers. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family prefers contributions in memory of Katherine be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
