She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Wing and Margaret Wing (Harmon). She is survived by: her husband Paul Cartwright; her family, Bob and Linda Vander Straaten of Mendon; and also, Michael Vander Straaten (Angie), Sarah Pease (Jake), Ethan, Blake, Dylan Vander Straaten, Calvin and Lucy Pease.
It is suggested that donations in Joyce's memory be directed to the Scotts United Methodist Church.
