He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Wesley Neal and Helen Neal (Wallus); his wife Nancy; and his siblings, Junior Neal and Aletha Ober.
He is survived by: his brother Tonya Ruggles (Norm) of Coldwater; and his niece Mike Neal of Athens. He is also survived by nephews; and many great-nieces and nephews.
It is suggested donations be directed to the St. Edward Catholic Church preservation fund.
