He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy David Stiteler and Elma Stiteler (Mathis); his wife Joan Schmitt (Dick); his siblings, Doug Stiteler, Ethel Fifer and Mildred Russell; his son-in-law Jim Heinritz; and his stepson Mike Schmitt.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Heinritz of Six Lakes, Ron Stiteler (Judy) of Donna, TX, Randy Stiteler of Three Rivers, Gary Stiteler of Wellston, Jo Brady (Tom) of Three Rivers and Jan Griffith (Buzz) of Mendon; and his stepchildren, Mary Lou Jepsen (Cliff) of Mendon, Joe Schmitt (Mary) of Mendon and Kathy Spence (Bob) of Mendon. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren with one on the way; and one great-great grandchild.
It is suggested that memorial contributions be directed to the Mendon Fire Department.
