He is survived by: his wife Karey Anne Stroup; his mother Janice White; his stepmother Vickie Rowe; his siblings, Vern Stroup Jr. (Becky), Sarah Mosurak (Roger), LIsa Gouin (David), Wendy Smith and Robin Rowe; and his children, Corey Matthews (Jessica), Jordan Stroup, Taylor Stroup, Jeffrey Ballard (Kaitlyn) and Kimberlyn Baum (Matthew). He is also survived by several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
