He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Wayne Keeler and Sarah Genetta Synder Keeler; and his brother Bruce Wayne Keeler. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Leroy, Suzie Heinrich (Ray) and Irene Tomas; his sons, Larry and Billy; and his grandchildren, Virginia and Steven.
