She was predeceased by : her parents, Clif Allen and Madeline Allen; her brothers, Bill, Don and Joe Allen; and her grandson Matthew Peter Zurakowski.

She is survived by : her children, Veronica Carmody, Elizabeth Zurakowski (Tony Askew), Joseph Nickelson (Laurie) and Jennifer Kortas-Sutton; her grandchildren, Heidi Yaek (Jeff), Benjamin Zurakowski, Sean Carmody (Chrystal), Ashley Fye (Josh), Kaila Champaigne (Brad), Courtney Newsome (James), Bradley and Ashton Sutton; and her great grandchildren, Conor, Lily, Aiden Carmody, Madeline, Elaine, Bryce Yaek, Eli Zurakowski, Reese, Sammy Fye, Landon and Leighlah Newsome.
