He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Perry Cook and Margaret Cook (DeMotte); and his brother Gerald Cook. He is survived by : his wife Mary Hills; his sons, Kevin Cook (Michelle) and Greg Cook (Kathy); his grandchildren, Joshua Bloom (Madison Navarre), Emily Cook (Chad Compagner), Jessica Cook (Evan Miller) and Katie Cook; and his pets, Jinx, Abby and Sadie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to American Heart Association or St. Joseph Catholic Church in Howell.
