He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Borek and Virginia Borek (Lewandowski); and his wife Elizabeth G. St. Denis. He is survived by: his children, Bernadette Malooley (Eric) of Burtchville Twp, Bridget Ames (Steve) of Memphis, Dennis Borek (Tina) and Michael Borek of Memphis; his grandchildren, Meagan (Senjon), Caleb (Ashlind), Jessica (Michael), Eileen (Travis), Michael (Kaitlyn Machinski), Justin Pociask (Courtiney), Chelsea Grey (Kyle), Hailey, Cade and Luke; his great grandchildren, Rhyan, Nova, Zoey, Hendrix, Arthur, Aria, Charlee, Mayzie, Killian and Declan; and his siblings, Leonard Borek (Linda) and Marsha Harris (Gary).
