He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Robert Garber of Richmond, Keith Garber of California and Jannie Locklear (Lee) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Leah, Emma, Joshua and Jacob; his stepfather Robert Cole; his siblings, Roy Cole (Kathy), Roberta Blanchard (Terry) and Peggy; and his friends, Tom Cairns and Nancy Reeves.
