He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferd Warren and Frances Warren; his siblings, Nell Perry, Joe Warren and Jim Warren; his nephews, Jamie Warren and James Perry; and his niece Carol Warren.

He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Angelo Perry, Julie Warren and Marge Janowski (Al). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
