He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Melnyk and Florence Melnyk; and his brother Ronald Melnyk. He is survived by: his siblings, Debra Church (Michael), Karen Carroll (late William), Anna Shiroda (Grant) and Daniel Melnyk. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
