He is survived by: his children, George Collins (Nicole), Martha Mahaney, Steve Collins (Lisa), Tommy Collins and Michelle Chmura (Steve); his stepchildren, Jordynn St. John and Joshua St. John; his stepgrandchild Emberlyn St. John; his grandchildren, Amanda Chernick (Bill), Ashley Laufle (Brandon), Allison Dusik (Danny), Jimmy Calder (Christy), Michelle Mahaney, Joshua Collins (Cacy), Steve Collins, Christopher Chmurra and Scottie Chmurra (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Ava, Arabella, Justine, Ella, Luke, Alivia, Logan, Bradley, Lorenzo, Ophelia, Levi, Nathan and Jensen; his nieces and nephews, Lori Karas (Joe), Donna (Charles Schimmel) and Joey Zaffini; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kami Karas, Hailey Schimmel and Nicholas Schimmel.

Then Covid and losing his dog Sheba in 2022 caused even more decline.
