He was predeceased by : his grandson Tommy Duckworth (T. C.); and also Thelma Rockholt. He is survived by : his wife Linda Duckworth; his children, Tommy Duckworth, David Duckworth, Melissa Pruner (Steve Costello), Tina Duckworth (Gary Fronczak) and Stacy Kuczera (Nathan); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Stephanie, Tanis, Marisa, Izzie and Maggie; and his great grandchild Mattie.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home (30895 W Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home Chapel (30895 W Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134).
