He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Fred and Gayle Ellen Cole (Vennix); his brothers, John and Jim Cole; and his brother-in-law Andy Downey.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Ellen Jarvis; his children, Scott Cole, Shawn Freeman (Ron), Mike Howard and Ryan Howard (Johnnie-Maire); his siblings, Wayne "Mike" Cole (Marie), David Cole (Barb), Roger Cole (Darlene), Sandra Cole, Rose Downey and Tina Cole-Friedenstab (David); his sister-in-law Anne Cole; and his friend Rob Budgell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
