He is survived by: his wife Judith E. Franke (Heathman); his children, John Franke, Susan Schneider (David), Janean Winkel (James) and LeAnn Cramer (Rich); his grandchildren, Jessica Kuch (Ryan), Julie Kolis (Steve), Caitlin McGinn, Thomas Franke, Megan Davis and Jerrod Franke; his great grandchildren, Jayden Roach, Madisyn, Maeva Graham, Carter, Lucas Kolis and Joselyn Brumbaugh; his brother Robert Franke (Sandra); and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Heathman and Charles Van Horn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
