He is survived by: his mother Marlene Hughes; his children, Mark Cournaya (Michelle), Jennifer Kile (Ronald), Raquel Zuhlke (Aaron), Tricia Alcorn (Bill), Stephanie Ramsey, Desiree Hughes, Deidra Hughes and Levi Hughes; his grandchildren, Beau Cournaya, Makayla Cournaya, James Cournaya, Karter Kile, Lewis Kile, Jordynn Kile, Kaydence Zuhlke, Taylome Zuhlke, Brayson Zuhlke and Olivia Alcorn; his great grandchildren, Gracelynn Cournaya and Jocelyn Cournaya; and his siblings, LuAnn, Kristie, Patricia, Lewis II (SueAnn) and Kelly.
