He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Revia Micoff, Sr. (Risner); his wife Elaine Micoff (Rew); his brothers, Fred Micoff, Jr. and Danny Micoff; his nephew Joshua Micoff; and his brother-in-law J. Walter Beil.
He is survived by: his brother David Micoff (Cindy); his sister-in-law Margaret Micoff; and his brothers, Shirley Rew-Beil, Harold "Bing" Rew, Richard "Dick" Rew (Sue), Charlynne Rew-Busek (Jim) and Londa "Loni" Rew-Rasado (Hugo). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other extended family members and friends.
