She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Woodruff and Lois Woodruff (Ellison); and her brothers, Richard, Edward and Robert Woodruff.
She is survived by: her husband Doug Hoolsema; her children, Jeanne'Panutich, Jason Hoolsema and John Hoolsema (Jessica); her grandchildren, Cameron, Chante', Katherine, Victor and Luke; and her brother Raymond Woodruff (Judy).
