He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sorsen and Adahbelle Sorsen (Taylor); and his brothers, Randy and Danny. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Hegle; his children, Kelly Sivertsen (Rolv), Eric Sorsen (Lorraine Hoover), Amanda Jackson (Marcus) and Michael Sorsen (Melissa Moorman); his grandchildren, Emily, Jesse, Kollin, Robert, Carter and Messiah; and his siblings, Jay, Jody (Sherri), Lenny Sorsen (Carolyn), Audrey Sorsen and Nancy Johnson (Don). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in his name may be made for the V.A. Medical Center in Saginaw.
