He is survived by: his wife Lori Rutter; his children, Tammy (Troy O'Weller), Ann (Don Freels), Sarah (Dan McQueen), Scott Rutter, Christina (Andy Bain) and Joshua Rutter; and his grandchildren, Landon, Emelia, Elysse, Natasha and Nathan.
