He was predeceased by: his parents, William Haywood and Agnes Haywood (Cummings); his parents-in-law, Dewey and Bell; his siblings, Ethel Green, Laura Todd, Jimmy, Elton, Ron, Blaine and Larry; his siblings-in-law, Judy Haywood, Josie Norman, Dee Dee Snead and Jerry Smith; his son-in-law Loren Todd; and his great grandchild Lilliana Haywood.

He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his children, Terri Todd, Sherri Haywood (Haywood), Lori Todd (Hank), Bruce Haywood (Donna), Larry Haywood (Paula) and Jerry Haywood (Jackie); his sisters, MaryAnn Haywood and Eleanor Williams; and his sister-in-law Marie Haywood. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren; 4 Great-Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
