He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Stieg and Lillian Stieg (Huyck); his brother Tex Stieg; and his stepdaughter Tresa Barhitte. He is survived by: his significant other Deborah Stieg; his children, John Stieg of Texas, Mark Stieg of Midland, Bobbie Jo Lewellen (David) of Texas, Kathy Lievrouw of Colorado, Angela Keindl (Kevin) of Montana, Amberlynn Stieg of Mecosta and Deanna Petoskey of Mecosta; his sister Ruby Woods of Sanford; and his pet Piper. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
