She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Madison and Elenora June Madison (Barris); her husband Michael Collins; her daughter Kathleen Collins; her brothers, Leroy and Carl Madison; and her brother-in-law Cliff Burnish.
She is survived by: her sons, Sean (Jane), Tim (Sarah) and Michael J. Collins; and her sisters, Linda Johnson (Paul) and Doris Burnish. She is also survived by ten Grandchildren and two Great-Grandchildren.
