She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Billings and Violet Billings (Marolf); her husband Kenneth Sweeney; her son Brian Sweeney; her granddaughter Amanda Thorne; and her sister Charlene Doerr.
She is survived by: her children, Kip Sweeney (Sharon) of Springfield, Tim Sweeney (Jo) of Remus, Mike Sweeney (Cherie) of Remus and Marie Thorne of North Ridgeville, Ohio; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Sweeney, Bill Doerr and Jerry Bown. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
