He was predeceased by: his parents, Helge Johanson and Gertrude Johanson (Larson). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Schipper; his daughters, Cathy Mulder (Keith) and Debbie Itell (Bob); his grandchildren, Nicole Dulmes (John), Joel Mulder (Sarah), Stephen Mulder and Shannen Itell; his great grandchildren, Isabella Mulder, Mariah Mulder, Noah Mulder, Timothy Dulmes and Benjamin Dulmes; his pet Panda; and his close friends, Laura and Dave Curtin.
