He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Beggs and Nellie Beggs (Robbins); his wife Vada; his son Douglas Ralph; and his siblings, Loren, Donald, Richard, Gladys Woodland and Louise Lancaster.

He is survived by: his cousin Norm; his friend Tom; his daughters, Phyllis Arnold, Lori Bos (Bob) and Lisa Hallock (Bryan); his grandchildren, Marissa Seymour (Scott), Falon Hansen (Blake), Scott Schaner (Carley), Matthew Hallock (Mariah), Ryan Hallock and Gerrit Hallock (Whitney); his great grandchildren, Tatum, Gracie, Callen Seymour, Brendan Reid (Kim), Peyton, Haegan Hansen, Ariya and Liam Hallock; and his siblings, Marie Near, Norma Whiting and Sonny Beggs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
