He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Snider and Lottie Snider; his brothers, Ted and Gene; and his former wife Sharon Marie Snider (Studer).

He is survived by: his wife Edie Snider; his stepchildren, Alan Fuller (Linda) of Hersey, MI and Cori Bennett (Dave) of The Village; and his sons, Bruce Snider (Lisa) of Chandler, AZ, Jerry Snider of Cedar Springs, MI, Jon Snider (Nanette Bowen) of Makawao, HI, Brian Snider (Monica) of Hart, MI, Jack Snider (Dawn) of Walker, MI and Benjamin Snider (Kelly) of Grand Rapids, MI. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
