It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Overhiser (McMillan, Michigan), born in Sturgis, Michigan, who passed away on December 20, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Francis Purdy and Lillian Thompson; and her nephew John Queen. She is survived by: her husband John II of McMillan; her children, John III of Whitmore Lake, Karen Edwards (Kyle) of McMillan and Lori Overhiser of Whitmore Lake; her grandchildren, Brad Smith of Yuma, AZ, Jacob Edwards (Sarah) of Newberry and Kelly Edwards of Fishers, IN; and her great grandchildren, Jakobi and Deklen Edwards.
Memorials may be directed to the Luce County Historical Society or the Newberry Garden Club in her memory.
