He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Beals and Beverly Beals (Bortz). He is survived by: his wife Sandi Lee Messer; his stepchildren, Amy Hollingshead (Jeff) of Newberry, Michael Livermore (Misty) of Pellston, Guy Livermore (Torrey) of Florence, Hannah Livermore of Iron Mountain and Tessa Nemzek (Will) of Lake Orion; and his siblings, Danny Beals (Eva) of McMillan, Kenneth Beals (Laurie) of Algonac and Karen Beals of Howell. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
