She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Anspach and Thelma Anspach (McElroy). She is survived by: her son John David; her brother Walter "Red" Anspach; her husband Thomas of McMillan; her children, Gary Reese of Ada, OH and Martha Jane Waugh (Marty) of Ada, OH; and her grandchildren, Devon, Alexandra and Danielle Waugh.
