He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Sr. Bazuin and Nellie Bazuin (Bouma); his wife Tena Helen Meyering; his grandsons, Darin Bazuin and Brent Bazuin; his siblings, John, Effie Bazuin, Alice Johnson (Lawrence), Henrietta Smith (Dave), Pearl Spoelma (Anton), Leona (Sy Buning) and Marvin Bazuin (Cynthia); and his parents-in-law, Harry Meyering, Richard Meyering, Jay Meyering, Albert Meyering, Dena Ellens, Bessy Heilkema, Gertrude Weisner, Hein Meyering (Carolyn), Stena DeKryger, Dorothy Kones, Martha Bronkema, Bertha Hoekstra and John Herema.
He is survived by: his sons, Roger Bazuin (Mae) of McBain, Randy Bazuin (Cheryl) of McBain and Ted Bazuin (Janell) of McBain. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
