She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles Hubbard and Adah Hubbard (Baughn); her in-laws, James and Jessie Kelley; her siblings, Carlton Hubbard, Shirley Dodds, Carol (Don Gilmore), Barbara Bielby, Mary (Wes Bueker) and Sharon Hubbard; and her brother-in-law Charles Kelley.
She is survived by: her husband James Kelley; her children, Rebecca Martinson (Bryan), Ronald Kelley (Peggy), Mary Austin (Mark Taylor), Jean Pluto (Lonnie) and Valerie Holbrook (Norman); and her sisters, Sandra Dobias (Dorian) and Beverly Kibby (Bill). She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great- Great Grandchild.
