She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Richard and Anna Laura Wheeler (Blanton); her husband Willis D. Bowman; her son Jeff Bowman; her great grandchild Hannah Sickles; her daughter-in-law Jeanette Bowman; her sisters, LaMarr Laban (Joe) and Ruth Cruson; and her in-laws, Rita Crittenden, Martha Armentrout (Lyle), Frank Bowman, Bob Bowman (Mabel), Keith Bowman (Betty), Lawrence Bowman, Mamie Brown, Hazel Bowman, Donna Sneary (Ross) and Lila Hendershot.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Raspotnik (Jim) of Manistee, Kevin Bowman of Weidman, Willis Bowman II of McBain, Melissa Gassert (Jon) of Big Rapids and Michael Bowman of Marion; her brother John Wheeler (Peggy) of Marion; and her brother-in-law Ken Cruson of Marion. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 1 great great-granddaughter.
