He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lutke and Hattie Lutke; his former wife Ruth A. Jager; his parents-in-law, Jennie Hoekstra (Garmt), John DeYoung, Warren Johnson, Tom Lutke (Henrietta), Clinton Jager (Elaine), Les Jager (Carole) and Rosie Brinks; and his grandson Brent R. Bazuin.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Derrick; his brother-in-law Ed Meyering; his children, Jerry Lutke (Donna), Cheryl Bazuin (Randy) and Ron Lutke (Faye); his grandchildren, James Bazuin (Lizelle), Carrie Stahl (Shane), Talli Bode (John), Kim Preczewski (Ed), Tyler Lutke (Amanda), Tony Lutke (Rob Burchenal) and Trevor Lutke (Meghan); his great grandchildren, J. D. Bazuin, Braylin Stahl, Aubryn Bazuin, Cameron Stahl, Brooklyn Bode, Sydney Bode and Bristol Lutke; his stepchildren, Nancy Thompson (Dave), Keith Derrick (Becky), Karen Schaaf (Keith) and Mike Derrick (Wendy); and his parents-in-law, Loretta DeYoung, Wilma Johnson, Agnes Quist, Edith Meyering (Ed) and Gordon Brinks. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mc Bain Northern Michigan Christian School or Munson Home Care and Hospice of Cadillac.
