She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph VanHouten and Hattie VanHouten (Hoeksema); her husband Gerald Bogard; her grandchildren, Anne Bogard, Jonathon Mussman and Justin Gernaat; her siblings, Shirley VanAssen (Larry), Lucille Bode (Jay), Warren VanHouten (Eleanor), Hilda Loeks (Harvey), William VanHouten, Bob VanHouten and Ethel Sikkema (Cy); and her siblings-in-law, Maurice Bogard (Gert), Paul Bogard (Helena), Lee Bogard and Edna Leavens (Bob).
She is survived by: her child Dale Bogard (Joann) of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Brandon Bogard and Lindsay Juarez (Carlos); her daughter Judy Johnson (Tom) of Byron Center; her grandchildren, Jason Mussman and Jennifer Tayebi (Masiar); her daughter Carol Rademacher (Lonnie) of Lake Leelanau; her grandchildren, Kyle Rademacher (Lauren), Cory Rademacher (Sarah) and Andy Rademacher (Kathryn); her child Dennie Bogard (Terry) of Traverse City; her grandsons, Brett Bogard (Kacie), Lucas Bogard (Caitlin) and Joey Bogard (Lauren); her daughter Lori Gernaat (Brad) of McBain; her grandchildren, Rachelle Reichelt (Mark), Daren Gernaat (Kenda) and Rachel Gernaat; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce VanHouten (Ed) of Marion and Harriett Bogard of McBain. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren.
