She was predeceased by: her husband Shirley Robert Boven Sr. (Bob); her son Kenneth Dean Boven; her granddaughter Melissa Ann Boven; her stepson Shirley Robert Boven Jr.; her siblings, Roy Heaton (Mildred), Earl Heaton (Emily), Carl Heaton (Donna), Clara Heaton, Porter, Finney (Alton), Leona and Mary; and her friend Fred O. Hoekzema.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Boven (Pauline) and Jacqueline Iler; her grandchildren, Michael, Stephanie, Annie, Joy, Laura, Katrina, Kourtney, Amber, Sara, Lacey, Whitney, Faith, Hilary and Preston; and her stepgrandchildren, Bobby, Timmy, Joey, Lori and Robin. She is also survived by 22 Great-Grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Salvation Army, 725 Wright Street, Cadillac, Michigan, to the Gideons or Hospice of Michigan.
