She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Bogard and Marjorie Bogard (Hoekwater); her children, Jeffrey Lucas and Mary Lucas; her siblings, Homer Bogard (Mae) and Marian Farr; and her in-laws, Harold Meyering, Alvin, Pearl Tacoma, Benjamin Eisenga, Dean and Carol Lucas.
She is survived by: her husband David Lucas; her children, Pamela O'Donnell (Matt) of Marquette and Philip Lucas (Deanna) of McBain; her grandchildren, Ian, Kyle, Shaun O'Donnell, Danielle Edburg, Brittany Horrigan, Andy Lucas (Kaylee) and Austin Lucas; and her in-laws, Betty Meyering, Ruth Stahl (Rich), Nella Eisenga, Harvey Lucas (Ev) and Charles A. Farr.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Burkholder Family Funeral Home (211 N Pine St, McBain, MI 49657).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
